2. Accuracy of Natural Wood Products

At Vaileudecor, we specialize in rustic, handcrafted furniture.

  • Natural Variations: You acknowledge that wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, knots, color shades, and textures are inherent characteristics of authentic wood and are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Handcrafted Nature: Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations in dimensions may occur.

3. Returns, Refunds & Shipping Costs

By placing an order, you agree to our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy:

  • Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the items are unused, un-assembled, and in their original packaging.
  • Defects or Transit Damage: If an item arrives with confirmed manufacturing defects or damage, Vaileudecor will completely cover all return shipping costs. You must notify us within 48 hours.
  • Change of Mind: For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees to our designated hubs.

  • For United States Returns: Please contact our support team at support@vaileudecor.com for instructions.

4. All-Inclusive Pricing & DDP Shipping

To provide a premium and worry-free shopping experience for our customers in the USA and European Union, we operate under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model:

  • All-In Price: The price displayed on the product page is the final amount you pay. It already includes all applicable sales taxes, VAT, and standard shipping fees.
  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): Vaileudecor takes full responsibility for all import duties, customs clearance fees, and any administrative charges required to deliver the goods to your doorstep.
  • No Hidden Fees: You will not be required to pay any additional fees to the courier or customs authorities upon delivery.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Third-Party Links & Tools

We utilize third-party infrastructures such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of these optional third-party tools.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and brand assets are the property of Vaileu Limited Liability Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and protected under U.S. DMCA and EU DSA regulations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Vaileu Limited Liability Company, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of the service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the European Union.
